You know who needs more bands? Spencer Krug of Wolf Parade, Sunset Rubdown, Swan Lake, Fifths of Seven, Two Tonne Bowlers and Frog Eyes fame. Oh, wait, what's that you say? Krug has a NEW project called Moonface? Well, if I only they were coming to Austin soon so I could get a sense for what they sound like a week before their album is released. Speak up! Did you just tell me that they are playing at Emo's tonight?!?! How very convenient! Are you a wizard?
That's right kiddos we can all get tickets to see Moonface at Emo's tonight, a full week before their debut album, Organ Music Not Vibraphone Like I'd Hoped is released by JagJaguar. You can listen to the first "single" from the Moonface LP over on their Soundcloud page and/or download the Mp3 from the JagJaguar Mp3 page.

If you do end up going to see Moonface at Emo's tonight you should ask Spencer Krug if he'd join your band, chances are he will. Tonight's show is an inside show with Flow Child and White Dress playing the support slots.

Don't forget after the show the Glitoris are still hosting their wildly successful Tuesday night dance party, Tuezgayz just down the street at Barbarella. Happy hour is from 10p-11p featuring cheap-ass well liquor and beer. Where something you won't be embarrassed to be photographed in as Austin's favorite party photog, ulovei will, most assuredly, be in attendance tonight.
